Responsible for overseeing the IT infrastructure across five educational sites, including Larkmead School, St John’s Primary and Secondary, Thameside Primary, and Wantage CE Primary. This multisite leadership role requires strategic planning, high level coordination, and ensuring consistent, effective IT service delivery.Lead and manage the IT team, ensuring staff training, development, and annual performance reviews. Provide strategic ICT support to staff and students, maintaining robust systems across all schools. Participate in senior management meetings to advise on ICT related matters and contribute to long term planning.Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of diverse ICT equipment including servers, desktops, laptops, tablets (iPads), projectors, interactive whiteboards, printers, and audio-visual devices. Conduct advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting on hardware, software, and peripherals, offering expert advice on compatibility and procurement.Manage school systems such as SIMS and coordinate the setup, maintenance, and user configuration of networked photocopiers. Administer Windows Server 2016/2019, Office 2019, and Office 365. Handle advanced network configuration including DHCP, DNS, VLANs, and switches.Maintain servers and software updates, manage network shares, group policies, system logs, and access rights. Ensure antivirus protection is consistently applied and updated across all devices. Administer Office 365, create and monitor mailboxes, and maintain secure external access.Implement and monitor school backup policies, web filtering, and firewall security. Manage and maintain wireless systems and Internet Service Providers across all sites. Lead BYOD strategies, ensuring safe and efficient usage.Design and implement network infrastructure tailored to each school\'s needs, while proactively managing hardware upgrades, disk caches, and wireless enhancements.

I have worked in multiple different sectors supporting IT such as Housing Associations, Water Companies, Managed Service Providers and Education. I am also an Autism Ambassador and Public Speaker, speaking at many venues and events around Autism. For my work I have won many awards, such as The West Berkshire Training Consortium Apprentice of the Year 2016, The Coronavirus Learning Disability Autism Leader of the Year 2020 For Dimensions UK and I was a Diana Award Recipient in 2021.Being an organised person, with good communication skills, I have a very positive attitude and always confident and take pride in my work.
