   Design, develop and execute the training and professional development strategy for Western Union’s Global Sales Teams along with Product and Operations. Implement all initiatives timely and within the required budget. Execute sales training implementation initiatives that drive performance and that build skill and knowledge accountability, close and renew more business and develop a learning culture. create and facilitate in-person training, virtual & online training new hire classes, virtual and online training. Negotiate contracts with and hold vendors accountable for delivery as needed. Develop relevant sales skills and knowledge tools and build and manage a sales skill and knowledge certification system. Work closely with the headquarters and field leadership team to align with the current business strategy, assess sales performance needs, and coordinate sales training execution.
