Lead regional water and wastewater programs supporting Google’s data center and campus operations across the Western U.S, Texas, and Latin America. Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver resilient, sustainable, and compliant water infrastructure aligned with Google’s environmental and operational goals.Key responsibilities and impact- Own end-to-end technical program management for water and wastewater systems, from planning and design through construction, commissioning, and operations- Act as lead negotiator for offsite water and wastewater infrastructure and permitting, including utility agreements, water rights, capacity reservations, cost-sharing, and delivery schedules- Manage complex, cross-functional programs involving engineering, real estate, sustainability, legal, and operations teams- Evaluate water and wastewater capacity, reliability, permitting, and risk to support site selection, expansion, and long-term growth strategies- Track program performance, budgets, schedules, and risks, providing clear executive-level reporting and recommendations.
