Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver resilient, sustainable, and compliant water infrastructure aligned with Google’s environmental and operational goals.Key responsibilities and impact- Own end-to-end technical program management for water and wastewater systems, from planning and design through construction, commissioning, and operations- Act as lead negotiator for offsite water and wastewater infrastructure and permitting, including utility agreements, water rights, capacity reservations, cost-sharing, and delivery schedules- Manage complex, cross-functional programs involving engineering, real estate, sustainability, legal, and operations teams- Evaluate water and wastewater capacity, reliability, permitting, and risk to support site selection, expansion, and long-term growth strategies- Track program performance, budgets, schedules, and risks, providing clear executive-level reporting and recommendations.
