I lead the strategy, architecture, and delivery of group-wide digital and commerce platforms for a global fashion and retail organization, spanning eCommerce/DTC, B2B, PIM, PLM, CRM, SAP integrations, retail systems, and cloud-native platforms.I designed and delivered a cloud-native, event-driven, API-first integration platform adopted across all brands, enabling omnichannel product and data flows between SAP, PLM (Centric), PIM (Akeneo), eCommerce (SFCC), B2B, and retail systems. The platform introduced governed low-code configurability, significantly improving agility, scalability, and total cost of ownership.I lead globally distributed engineering and platform teams across Germany, the US, and India, establishing modern operating models based on product thinking, DevOps, and SRE to ensure secure, reliable, and high-performing platforms during peak retail seasons.Following the acquisition of Jack Wolfskin by ANTA Sports (previously part of the Callaway group), I am responsible for major SAP landscape carve-out activities, coordinating ERP, integration, and data separation as part of a complex group-wide transformation.I partner closely with Digital, Commercial, and IT leadership, own platform roadmaps, budgets, and vendor relationships, and align technology initiatives with measurable business outcomes such as conversion, time-to-market, reliability, and cost efficiency.
