I work within the customer engineering team at PlanetScale. We work with our enterprise customers to ensure that our platform accelerates the growth of their business. My team partners with them to scale their databases using Vitess\' native-sharding capabilities, to incorporate database branches into their existing CI/CD workflows, and to achieve zero-downtime schema migrations with Deploy Requests. We proactively monitor our enterprise customers\' databases, finding and fixing issues before they are even aware, and when needed jumping into war rooms with them to triage and recover from the rare incident. Our enterprise customers operate the largest and highest-throughput databases on PlanetScale. Their unique needs drive our platform to increasingly higher levels of scale and sophistication. My team supports that evolution by debugging performance issues and bugs, developing features and fixes, and coordinating with our engineering team to refine and prioritize larger projects.
