As a Legal Counsel within PTC’s EMEA Legal Team, I apply my sound legal advice, business acumen and tech savvy to multiple pan-European regions with a focus on France. As part of this position, I mainly:• Provide autonomous legal support and cross-functional guidance to the Sales, Channel Sales and Customer Success organizations by drafting and negotiating all types of commercial agreements, including Cloud/SaaS, software license agreements, services agreements and partner agreements. • Collaborate closely with and provide guidance to our HR Team on labor law related matters, programs and initiatives. • Advise on all aspects of contract and IP/IT law and collaborate with the Finance and Commercial-Desk teams on questions of US revenue recognition and applicable internal business rules. • Advise relative to commercial disputes and their settlement, including software compliance and IP infringement matters.
