I recently graduated from Brigham Young University with Bachelors of Science in Psychology and minor in Business.I have a passion for talent development. My background in Psychology gives me an advantage, allowing me to understand others and knowing ways to better aid them in their goals.I have experience in designing training courses, managing a learning management system (LMS), recruiting competitive job candidates, designing effective onboarding/offboarding processes, training employees, and creating productive cultures. I also have experience with designing research in Psychology and running statistical tests to generate clear conclusions.I am an enthusiastic, friendly leader who is performance-driven, detail-oriented, and excited to learn new things!I am professionally proficient in Portuguese. I love watching and playing sports, especially basketball. My favorite teams are the Utah Jazz and University of Utah Football.
