Max De Paola is a family man, entrepreneur, author and international leadership mentor. Tens of thousands of people around the world have heard Max share his passion, insights and enthusiasm. Max’s story is one of overcoming adversity. Coming from a broken family, Max was the youngest child at home with a financially struggling family. After the loss of his father back in he decided to move to the UK at the age of 19, looking for a better life. Instead of being a victim Max used this as motivation.Max’s perspectives don’t come from theory. He is currently building businesses as a entrepreneur, mentor and thought leader. His current organisation is increasing dramatically with annual revenues in the hundreds of thousands of pounds. Max’s personal and professional successes have not come easy. He had one of his businesses collapse overnight (due to no fault of his own) instantly losing his income and everything he had worked for. Although Max is focused and driven, he is also compassionate and and deeply cares about people. Particularly, his incredible wife and their two beautiful children. Max is a devoted husband and father with a down to earth, approachable personality.
