Welcome to my LinkedIn profile!I consider myself a passionate, humble, curious and permanent learner, team player, people centric manager with a healthy competitive spirit for results.In the last 20 years I had the chance of proving myself through different and the most diverse tasks and projects, working in multicultural environments, and leading positively with all hierarchical levels in a global organization: from the line operator where value is added in real time, until the CEO where strategy is defined for the years to come.During my most recent experience in Manufacturing, I lead my Team by these priorities:1) Be safe, no matter what.(Safety is a Value. Then: not negotiable).2) A Customer centric and Customer Experience approach and way of life (Honor the person who decided, and all potential people who could decide to buy our products!).3) Seek for Operational excellence through innovation, with focus on strategic big projects,+ daily small steps. We proved the importance and impact of consistent small steps, tracked and measured methodically!4) Give everybody a chance, looking deliberately to build the most Diverse and inclusive team as possible.In this great journey we organized the first 360º visit to Car Sellers Garages (team members, team leaders and supervisors), which ended being an incredible Engagement action!In other pages, we were able to train and finally, after 60 years of plant´s history, have the first ever Woman painting beautiful color interiors in our cars. and our first Woman Team Leader in a production line. So proud!Every project and action plan issued from problem solving regular meetings, was followed by a Lessons Learned documented chapter, which was proudly shared and presented to regional and global colleagues. On the same way, if help was required, then help was asked, and open arms received.Finally, just to share one of the most technically beautiful projects achieved by the Team lately: working in close partnership with sealer supplier SIKA teams, we were able to change the sealer product and our process, and turn off a huge industrial oven, which improved substantially the plant´s energy efficiency, and reduced CO2 emissions.
