I\'m Max, a product leader with over 10 years of experience driving platform strategy, roadmap execution, and go-to-market for enterprise B2B products. I\'ve been building from zero since before I had a PM title, and that\'s still where I\'m most energized: taking a product from nothing to something, then making it easier to use every day.My superpower is making complexity visible. Miro boards, flowcharts, journey maps — I use them to align stakeholders, pressure-test assumptions, and trace how customers actually move through a product.Before Cisco, I ran product design sprints at a consultancy serving startups through Fortune 500s, and co-founded a hardware startup that raised $2M (now REVL). I drove the platform consolidation to executive commit — synthesizing requirements across three product lines and a shared control plane — described as the fastest exec commit in 25 years at Cisco.I\'ve shipped two major multi-product integrations from alpha to GA (one with triple digit YoY user growth); productized managed service offerings with dozens of global partners resulting in tens of millions in incremental sales; and now lead AI workflow definition for agentic configuration and troubleshooting to reduce MTTR for enterprise admins.
