I am a Software Engineer and an Engineering Manager with more than 15 years of professional experience in software engineering and a computer science degree. I\'ve been working for more than 10 years as an individual contributor at companies like Elastic, Klarna, Delivery Hero, Yandex. I also has experience being a hands-on Engineering Manager. To date I have more than 3 years of management experience from working at Elastic and Klarna.I have experience leading teams of 5-7 engineers in both distributed remote-first and on-site co-located environments. I work closely with product and design partners and have expertise in acting as a product owner in addition to being an engineering manager.
