I\'m an Art Director with 10+ years of experience leading creative across print, digital, motion, and large-scale environments. I focus on building brand systems that are clear, cohesive, and practical — work that holds up across platforms, teams, and channels. At CoStar Group, I\'ve led integrated marketing campaigns from concept through execution, built brand identity systems adopted company-wide, and presented creative direction directly to C-suite stakeholders. I also lead the people side — mentoring internal designers, directing agencies and freelancers, and working directly with VCU students through an ongoing collaboration between CoStar Group and the university. I care about the work and the structure around it — building processes that help teams move faster, maintaining strong working relationships, and making sure the creative stays aligned with company goals. I\'m looking for a senior leadership role where I can manage and grow a creative team, shape direction at a higher level, and make a bigger impact on the creative.
