With 16+ years of experience leading complex AV/IT implementations and strategic initiatives, I’ve witnessed firsthand how workplace stress, siloed operations, and reactive leadership models can impact both human well-being and business outcomes.My doctoral research focused on integrating mental health awareness into project management environments, and I have since authored several articles and a book—Mindful Management: Navigating Project Success Through Mental Health and Process Innovation—that provide practical frameworks for reducing burnout and improving psychological safety in high-pressure teams.I’ve held leadership roles across public and private sectors, overseeing multi-million-dollar programs while mentoring cross-functional teams and aligning executive vision with operational execution.
