Factor D aims for collective impact - we believe all democratic actors must work together strategically to protect and further develop our Democracies. We generate collective impact by organising innovation tracks for thought leaders in specific fields (eg. in youth participation, AI and Democracy, or Democracy in Organisations), by offering content festivals and by consulting our network.Therefore at Factor D, we establish a new equation: Where democratic actors strategically unite, solutions for a democracy of tomorrow emerge. As a hub, we build interfaces between the sectors of science, civil society, administration, politics, economy, and media within Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
