It has helped me to learn how to redefine myself quickly and bring the most value that I can to each new role.Most recently I have been enjoying the challenges of evolving business processes for our team to create a strong alignment between our activity, our KPIs and our top level goal of NRR. It has allowed me to flex a lot of familiar muscles as we build reporting, process documentation and enablement plans as well as learn more about creating a broader strategic vision and communicating it effectively both to the team and external stakeholders.
