ABOUT MAX ZUCHOWSKI

Technology is not an end in itself – it’s a tool that helps companies operate faster, more innovative, and more efficiently. For 20 years, I’ve been part of Macrix Technology Group, where we develop solutions for industries that demand reliability and precision – from energy and manufacturing to motorsports. At Macrix, we deliver off-the-shelf products and analyze, design, and implement systems tailored to our clients’ challenges.‍ My journey at Macrix started before university – I learned programming hands-on, working on real projects. Studies came later, but daily challenges shaped my approach to Technology and management. Today, as a Member of the Executive Board & Head of Development, I lead a team of over 60 specialists, ensuring the development of Technology and the way we deliver our solutions. I work primarily from Mönchengladbach, but I frequently travel – if not to our Polish office, then to clients in Germany. I don’t believe in unnecessary processes or delaying decisions. Instead of endlessly expanding backlogs, I prefer to test solutions in action and verify their effectiveness on the go. Every project should make sense both technologically and from a business perspective—and ideally, these aspects should go hand in hand. At Macrix, we invest in people and their expertise – that’s why I also oversee Macrix Academy, helping our teams grow and refine their skills. Technology evolves quickly, and we strive to stay ahead of the curve.I hold a racing driver’s license and participate in amateur track racing. My passion for automotive and motorsports has played a significant role in developing Race Navigator.
