I\'m Max, an aspiring sustainability professional dedicated to using a data-centred approach to drive change in sustainability practices, particularly in Southeast Asia & the Pacific. I\'m currently pursuing a double-degree B.Scs. programme in Environmental Earth System Science and Data Analytics at Nanyang Technological University’s Asian School of the Environment. To deepen my industry insights, I will be gaining hands-on experience in ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) practices during the upcoming fall semester. My current professional scope includes ISO 14001 and EMS implementation, greenhouse gas reduction strategies, and transitioning to zero-carbon energy sources, reflecting my dedication to advancing environmental sustainability and corporate responsibility. Concurrently, I hold a deep and sincere interest in cultural anthropology, especially traditional knowledge systems and nature-based solutions. My intricate understanding of geopolitics and languages allows me to connect the dots across these diverse fields and advocate for a holistic approach to sustainability. I firmly believe that integrating these perspectives is crucial for effectively addressing global challenges, and that the time for change is now.
