Alongside my day role, I’ve built a workflow system for mid-sized FM teams that automates SLA tracking, job progress updates, and alerts for critical deadlines. My goal is to help FM teams save time, reduce missed tasks, and improve overall operational efficiency. A workflow system that will automate the full lifecycle of an FM job — from intake, to SLA protection, to completion logging — but teams usually start with the SLA layer because that’s where the biggest risk and admin drain sits.I’m always open to connecting with FM professionals to share insights, discuss best practices, or explore ways to optimise workflows.
