As an equity-oriented school leader, my successes have been achieved in school management, curriculum development and support, program development, and improving social-emotional learning experiences for students. I specialize in student-centered instruction, parent and community involvement, and instructional coaching. I have established disciplinary policies and standards of conduct, employee performance and training programs, and student support initiatives. I have developed and supported professional learning communities that maintain a data-centric approach in schools.
