I currently lead an interdisciplinary team of marketing and communications professionals to define and implement Pelli Clarke & Partners\' New Business and Communications strategy, processes, and product. This includes: Business Development - Working closely with firm partners and project leads to identify new opportunities for growth and strategies for increasing engagement with existing clients - Establishing connections with new and existing clients and collaborators with the aim of defining opportunities for increased collaboration and strategic partnerships - Leading the firm\'s RFP/RFQ ideation and execution process - Unifying separate BD/Comms teams across three offices to function as one firm-wide team - Creating and maintaining a central dashboard to visualize and manage all Business Development opportunities, resulting in a reporting mechanism that allows us to track internal staffing effort, success rate, etc. Communications and Media Relations - Creating a more proactive communications strategy to strengthen the firm\'s storytelling capabilities - Media relations - working closely with firm partners, internal, and external communications teams to increase media coverage for the firm, its leaders, and its body of work - Managing the creation of marketing copy and collateral to establish a signature voice for the studio and its work - Working closely with photographers to capture newly completed projects - Maintaining website and social media presence, with an increasing focus on harnessing new forms of media to showcase the firm and its projects in more diverse and engaging ways.
