Buy Side High Yield & Leveraged LoansOver EUR 2.5bn AUM with 7 active CLOsPrimary Bonds and Loans Selection (Target EV above EUR 750m):• Taking part in meetings with management and sponsors at transaction launch and during Q&A sessions• Challenging Due Diligence reports and management’s assumptions• Building investment memos to present to the IC, including financial modelling, valuation and relative value analysis under supervision of senior analystPortfolio Monitoring and Secondary Bonds and Loans Selection :• Actively participating in quarterly lenders’ meetings, challenging initial assumptions with management to update models• Monitoring relative value given market conditions and ratings events
