Responsible for providing first-class guest experience to fans during Blue Jays home games and events, anticipating needs and ensuring expectations are met while ensuring the safety of talent, staff and guests.Participate in the successful administration of giveaways, ensuring a fair and efficient process in accordance with Blue Jays policies.
