Lead and strategically developing award-winning professional development programme Camerata 360. Line-managing team of 5 part-time staff members and 1 placement student each year. Lead on the programming and delivery of Camerata’s education & community-focused performance projects, embedding co-production practices for intergenerational and placemaking programmes. Leading Camerata’s Placements & Volunteering Programme, facilitating development opportunities to 60 UoM & RNCM students per year. Co-writing Governance policies for Camerata including EDI, collecting and culminating data for key reports. Managing project budgets of over £200k per year, ensuring financial viability. Overseeing external partnerships with key Camerata partners including Orchestras Live. Brokering and delivering research partnerships and knowledge exchange between arts organisations and the University of Manchester, including co-authorship of research article. Co-leading MA Module ‘Creative Producing’, shaping curriculum, delivering seminars and lectures, programming series of guest lectures, delivering CPD for academic staff members. Producing a programme of classical, orchestral, and cross-genre music, project managing concerts, rehearsal, and tours. Managing Camerata’s Contracting and Invoicing process for all Concerts related projects. Writing of successful Trust & Foundation bids - circa £20k per year.
