Profesional with background on Project Management, Social Communication, Information Technology and Social Sciences, extensive experience in Behavior Change Communications, Research, Evaluation, Knowledge Sharing, UN programming: UNDAF, CPD and CPAP processes. Coordinate the COVID Response of CDC Atlanta in Angola. Also the Polio and Malaria responses, and the Field epidemiology Training Programmes supported by CDC in the Country. Gender Issues:Recently has developed the We Can campaign for the Red de Salud de las Mujeres de America Latina y el Caribe. In UNFPA he has mainstreamed gender issues in the UN programming, designing programs, campaigns and messages. And along the last twenty years has designed and implemented many projects with NGO Flora Tristan. 20••••11 Communications Technical assistance to the Yellow Fever Campaigns leaded by UNICEF and WHO in Sierra Leone, CAR, Guinea Conakri and Côte d’Ivoire. 20••••10 Communications Officer for HSS/HDS in WHO Geneve, designing print materials and web mastering part of WHO website. 20••••08, Behavior Change Communication and Advocacy Regional Adviser for UNFPA in the regional Country Service Team for Southern Africa based in Harare, Zimbabwe. Under UNFPA assess UNDAF documents, developed CPDs and CPAP documents for many countries. Has been engaged for the past 20 years as an International Consultant and has undertaken several consultancies within Africa and South America on behalf of CDC, USAID, UNICEF, UNFPA, WHO, IBD and Johns Hopkins University/Center for Communication Programmes. 19••••03 Manage projects for Flora Tristan, Noticias Aliadas, Centro para la Comunicación y Promoción, IPAL, AMIDEP, DESCO, CNR, CONAPO and many peruvian NGOs.
