About Max Tebben
I am an Industrial Engineering student at the University of Tennessee with minors in Industrial Design, Graphic Design, and Engineering Entrepreneurship. I am passionate about bridging the gap between technical systems and human-centered design, using data-driven thinking to create solutions that are both efficient and intuitive.My experience ranges from leading hands-on design projects built entirely from recycled materials to optimizing operations and engagement as a supervisor at Life Time Athletic. These experiences have strengthened my ability to approach challenges from both an engineering and design perspective-combining structure, creativity, and teamwork to improve how people interact with products and processes.Driven by curiosity and continuous improvement, I am always looking for ways to make systems work smarter and designs feel simpler. Outside of my studies, I stay active through water sports, hiking, swimming, and pickleball- finding inspiration in motion, balance, and the design of everyday experiences.
