ABOUT MAX SPILLER

I am a confident and motivated individual with a wealth of experience in FMCG, Transport & Logistics industries. I value & demonstrate process, governance & documentation as the backbone of successful Project delivery. I possess strong analytical and IT skills including Microsoft Office tools & Jira. Combined with PMO experience this gives me an excellent knowledge of Reporting; the Software Delivery Lifecycle; approval processes and forums such as Technical Design Authority & Change Advisory Board.The projects I’ve delivered are predominantly IT or Operations focused, some examples include: Workforce Management; Managed Print Services; Mobile Phone provider migration; ERP System Replacement & Decommissioning. I work collaboratively with Business Analysts; Enterprise and Solution Architects; Developers; Testers & Operational Service Support to ensure the Products I deliver meet Business requirements and deliver expected benefits. I have budgetary remit of annual project expenditure in excess of £1m.I communicate well to a wide variety of Stakeholders including: End users; Business representatives and Board members. I am able to demonstrate the value in what I am delivering and to listen to ensure requirements are delivered. A good understanding of change management is essential to my role.I also have a passion for employee recruitment and development, especially the identification of talent and encouragement to grow and succeed. I have particularly enjoyed the recruitment of apprentices and building the confidence of more introverted colleagues
