ABOUT MAX SITOV

I\'m a financial derivatives professional and entrepreneur, combining a strong technical background with well-developed soft skills. I\'ve achieved solid success in finance: over $10M total P&L, and some success in business: co-founded 3 full-scale companies, 1 of which is successful ($40K+ MR). In life, I want to create and grow new products and businesses. I focus on making my life as efficient as possible, aiming to get the most out of it. I believe the best companies are built by tight-knit teams, so I aim to work with the best and build great relationships with them. I have two main areas of expertise—finance and entrepreneurship. I want to grow at the intersection of both, take on more responsibility, and be successful. Here are my key soft skills- Analytical mind and the ability to figure out complex things from scratch. I’m great at setting up operations and processes. I live by a personal task management system I built from the ground up: 600+ tasks completed in the last 4 months- A positive startup mindset focused on speed and results. With experience in 3 full-scale startups, I know how to set goals, cut out the unnecessary, and never give up- Teamwork and management. People are the key to success, so I build friendly and effective relationships with my colleagues. For example, I developed 4 full-fledged web services, even when there were conflicts within the team. I surround myself with people who\'ve achieved more that I did (for now): several people in my close circle have a net worth 10x-100x my own.
