   Responsible for ensuring that the managed customer is satisfied with company projects and services- Works and oversees day-to-day relationship with customer along with finding cross sale opportunities within managed book of business- Schedule and conduct annual onsite customer reviews. As the ERM, responsible for preparing presentations for clients/customers. In addition to onsite reviews, as the ERM, set up ongoing calls with customers to keep up to date on projects, product opportunities, and to be a subject matter expert on payments industry trends and products- Consults with other team members (project management/services/support/customer care) to be sure mutual objectives are met- Proactively provide out industry information to clients as well as keep up to date on client specific news (i.e. financial statements, press releases, key executive changes, etc.)- When necessary, complete RFP responses and work with with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely responses- Managed all cross sales, contract renewals, and opportunities within Salesforce- As the ERM, attend, drive, and consult on meetings/calls on all revenue and strategic projects for the client. Conducted “whiteboard” sessions to help the client understand Worldpay’s products and services and how they will integrate within the client’s payment infrastructure- Attend client conferences, trade shows, and industry events
