ABOUT MAX PRICE
I mentor queer and neurodivergent leaders doing meaningful work, often in under-resourced spaces, often without a map that was made for them. I\'ve spent over 14 years co-leading a nationally visible LGBTQIA+ organisation as an AuDHD, non-binary, queer person. I know what it\'s like to hold a team, hold a mission, and hold yourself together, often all at once. There\'s no manual for leading as a queer, neurodivergent person in the charity sector. We wrote our own. That\'s what I bring to mentoring. Not a polished framework. A real relationship. I also co-create and facilitate spaces for leaders and teams through Kind Leadership, a programme built on the belief that kind leadership isn\'t soft. It\'s honest, boundaried, and sustainable. My work is relational, trauma-informed, and grounded in lived experience. I\'m particularly committed to spaces where people can lead without shrinking who they are. I\'m also open to part-time employed roles in youth voice, participation, or community development within values-led organisations.
