Working on the Building Performance Team, I have taken on the responsibility of managing the Commercial Strategic Energy Management (CSEM) program. The CSEM program offers financial incentives to customers looking to reduce their energy usage through low/no-cost initiatives. I am responsible for program operations, trainings, recruitment, third party contracts, program evolution and savings/spending forecasting. I also oversee the budget for this program which is approximately $3 million each year.
