ABOUT MAX RAMEZY
Over 15 years of experience in Electrical engineering, project managemnt and construction project such as: design, building system of commercial, institutional, health care, hotel and industrial projects. Comprehensive knowledge of QC and Canadian Building Code, Iranian and Canadian Electrical Code and other National and International relevant Codes and standards. Project Manager with skills, knowledge, and experience in all process group’s including; managing, coaching and supervising the team members; managing and controlling project/operation costs; developing and executing project plans; coordination with other disciplines and departments and taking a proactive role in managing department and teams, commissioning and negotiating. Extensive experience in creating tender document packages including drawings and specifications; contract administration from foundation to final acceptance; a reputation for meeting or exceeding client\'s expectations; computer literacy and proficiency in Autocad, MS Project, Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint. Experience in preparing proposals, project cost estimates, tender evaluation, and project scheduling. A good working knowledge of Load, voltage drop, fault and lighting calculations as well as protection, arc flash, coordination study and design issues. Experienced in different real estate development projects in different country. Interested in sharing knowledge and experience; participating in challenging projects; contributing to the public and environment; continuous development and networking. Perform technical supervision, coordination, verification and design of various electrical engineering projects on site.
