About Max Prochilo

My background is focused on logistics and operations with formal education in computer science. My recent work experience includes a managerial position in Logistics at France and Son furniture company where I was assigned to lead a plan, organize, and coordinate a logistical export of shipping, as well as recognize potential logistical problems and suggest the appropriate remedies to upper management. I also worked an email operations temp position at 1-800-Flowers in Carle Place, New York, where I was assigned to code and schedule email templates to be sent out on a regular basis for the company and its numerous partner brands. My prior programming experience is largely academic; I graduated with a computer science BS from SUNY New Paltz in May 2019. My current projects include a further understanding of full stack development, with a concentration in HTML/CSS, as well as server-side and back-end languages and working environments. A long history of academic project development has afforded me the technical skills to complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner as well as determine and correct any potential problems. My programming skills include HTML5, CSS, Javascript, Java, Python, PHP, and mySQL. Career-wise, I am most interested in expanding my roster of logistics and operations skills in all areas possible. I wish to use the skills I have obtained to provide assistance to a company that is deserving of an educated and motivated worker.
