In response to a growing need in the marketplace, I launched TRIUMPH Law - a law firm focused on providing experienced, nimble and personal (yet affordable) legal counsel for high-growth companies, their founders and investors. The aim of TRIUMPH is to meet entrepreneurs and investors where they are and provide business-driven legal support that breaks the mold of the traditional law firm in approach, technology and structure. We focus on:+ High-growth company corporate needs, from formation to hiring to licensing and contracts to equity management to strategic partnerships.+ Private Financing – company-side fundraising, consultation and support, whether in building a deck, giving a pitch, or structuring, executing and closing a deal. We can help with a company’s first friends-and-family investment all the way through institutional venture capital financing.+ M&A - We have deep roots in mergers & acquisitions on both buy-side and sell-side transactions. Because deal size often does not correlate 1:1 with business risk, it can be a struggle for a Buyer or seller to secure experienced legal counsel in a modest-sized deal without disproportionate legal spend. We bring tremendous value to smaller M&A deals, roll-up acquisitions or “acquihire” transactions.+ Investor Counseling – we service the often unmet need for support and counsel for early stage angel investors, high-net-worth individuals, family offices and micro-VCs in early stage lead investing or co-investment.
