About Max Milan
After graduating with an M.S. in Structural Engineering from Texas A&M University in 2018, I joined the team at L.A. Fuess Partners and quickly learned that there is much more to the job than calculating stress and strain. As I gained an understanding of all that goes into the design and construction administration phases of a project, I became familiar with all sorts of building systems and the coordination between disciplines that is crucial for the success of a project. Since joining the firm, I have worked on various educational and municipal buildings including K-12 schools, ISD support buildings, higher-education buildings, religious facilities, and police and fire stations. I have also worked on several Mission Critical projects all around the US. During my time as an Engineer In Training, I was given the opportunity to learn the many different facets of our job in a dynamic environment thanks in large part to the incredible people I work with who share their expertise and advice. In addition to continuing to provide excellent service to our clients, as I settle into my role as a Project Manager, I aim to emulate the engineers who trained me by sharing my experiences and helping to train newer staff.L.A.
