As an Information Technology Intern at Meijer, the leading grocery retailer in the Midwest US, I gained valuable insights into the fast-paced retail industry. During my internship, I developed a C# program that extracted data from Azure Blob Storage to prepared it for a Power BI report. Additionally, I actively participated in creating Kanban boards and immersed myself in the SAFe Agile framework, collaborating with cross-functional teams and completing their ceremonies. Beyond technical tasks, I realized that my skillset, motivations, and values extend beyond keyboard-centric roles. As a result, I’m currently completing Google’s Project Management course to broaden my horizons.
