Elevating Connections is a non-profit organization dedicated to reuniting siblings separated in foster care. We sponsor a week-long summer camp, Camp To Belong, Colorado, which brings together our separated siblings to do all of the typical summer camp activities, such as hiking and boating while supporting and enhancing the sibling bond. We also offer sibling connecting events throughout the year, in which our daily activities bring our kids together doing fun activities with their siblings. We are working towards offering year-round programming for our emancipating youth to support their transition from foster care to the adult world.
