ABOUT MAX KELLY
I currently work at Evolve AI, where I focus on connecting strong talent with firms in quant engineering and algorithmic trading. I enjoy working closely with both candidates and companies, helping people find roles where they can really grow and make an impact. Alongside recruitment, I’ve spent four years building an e-commerce business in the luxury fashion space. I buy and sell clothing, bags, and accessories, both new and pre-owned, at more accessible prices. So far, the business has generated over in revenue, and it’s been a great learning experience in building something from the ground up. Before all of this, I competed internationally in badminton, which taught me a lot about discipline, consistency, and pushing for long-term goals. Those lessons still shape how I approach work and business today. I’m always open to connecting with people in similar spaces or anyone interested in discussing ideas, opportunities, or collaborations.
