ABOUT MAX 高天一 GUIDA
I am a quantitative problem-solver with a BSc in Mathematics and Physics from UCL, currently building scalable data pipelines and predictive models at Amazon. I work to bridge the gap between statistical theory and high-impact commercial engineering.I architect and maintain scalable ETL pipelines using Python (Boto3) and AWS (S3, Lambda) to extract, transform, and load highly complex logistics data into automated reporting workflows. I own the data architecture end-to-end for tier-zero EU Operations reporting, writing advanced SQL queries in Redshift to power Weekly and Monthly Business Reviews (WBR/MBR) for 30+ senior stakeholders. I\'m currently spearheading the development of a predictive machine learning model (Python, Scikit-Learn) to isolate non-controllable root drivers of delivery defects, helping to transition reactive reporting into proactive analytics. I have built dynamic data preprocessing frameworks using custom outlier detection to standardise spatial/temporal data, ensuring high-fidelity metrics for regional cost objectives.I thrive in high-pressure, demanding environments. Outside of engineering, I served as the Executive Producer for UCOpera, managing cross-departmental teams, budgets, and venue logistics to deliver the acclaimed European premiere of the opera Fellow Travelers. As a Craven Scholar, I also trained as a classical pianist under a Fellow of the Royal Academy of Music.
