Max Garbus leads our fast-growing Managed Services division, a role that includes standardizing best practices in areas such as acquisitions, development, capital structures and asset-management and then sharing these insights with our entire analyst team.Acting as a single point of contact for our clients, Max meets their ongoing project needs by maintaining a consistent, collaborative relationship and by putting a premium on transparency, accuracy and availability. He plays an instrumental role in all of CREModels’ complex development projects, including mixed-use properties, and works directly with a wide range of developers, from mid-tier operators to national REITs.In addition, Max spearheads our late-stage product development and testing process, and manages our portfolio of software applications and financial models. He handles all aspects of our Human Resources operation, from recruiting and training, to ongoing career-development. Prior to joining CREModels, Max was a leader at an innovative real estate data analytics company where he trained and managed a research team that delivered weekly reports on foreclosures and loan sales. The honors finance graduate co-managed the equity investment fund as a student at The University of Tampa.
