Experienced IT professional with a solid background in network and systems engineering, supporting complex environments across both on-prem and cloud-based infrastructure. With over a decade of hands-on experience, I’ve worked across roles from NOC and technical support through to systems engineering, with deep involvement in AWS, CI/CD, Cisco/SD-WAN networking, firewall security, and Linux server environments.Currently at Amazon Web Services, I focus on operational support for EC2 capacity and regional infrastructure.
