Our Integration & Alliance team (I&A) is part of Grünenthal\'s Corporate Strategy & Business Development department (CSBD). At CSBD-I&A, we have the pleasure to centrally steer the post-merger integration of different deal types (asset deal, share deal, JV), in Grünenthal\'s own territory and in our partner markets.Key accomplishments in this role:• Lead asset deal integrations of Crestor® and Zomig® (combined deal value ~600 EURm).• Grew strategic partnerships/alliances with long-standing partners.• Planned transitions for share deals, asset deals as well as target operating model design for deal Due Diligence as well as deal execution.• Ensured Grünenthal\'s Asset Integration Plan makes transparent all completed and ongoing transfers on a country-brand level.
