About Max Eckstein
I am a rising senior student-athlete majoring in hospitality Management and Real Estate at NYU with a strong interest in many areas of the hospitality industry—from hotels and resorts to real estate development, operations, guest experience, and private equity. I am passionate about market sectors such as senior living and inclusive spaces for individuals with special needs that make a positive impact on the lives of individuals and families. Hospitality is about more than service in my opinion. It is about creating environments that improve lives and build community and social engagement. I have been looking at the business and investment side of these industries, especially how hospitality and real estate assets are developed, operated, and scaled through private equity and long-term strategy. A goal of mine is to be able to blend hands-on operational experience with a broader understanding of growth, development, and value creation. I always want to connect with others working across hospitality, real estate, and investments to learn, grow, and make a positive impact.
