With experience gained across Canada, the UK and South Africa, Max brings a varied and diverse expertise to his matters.Max has significant experience in dispute resolution through litigation and mediation having represented clients in professional negligence matters (engineers, project managers, architects and insurance brokers) and a variety of complex litigation matters, including insurance coverage litigation, contractual disputes and aviation claims. Max also has extensive experience in insurance coverage and has advised insurers and reinsurers across multiple lines of coverage, including first-party property, general liability, excess liability and director and officer liability. Max holds a Masters degree in Insurance law from University College London (ULon) and a Masters degree in Canadian common law from Osgoode Hall law school. Max has contributed to international publications on the topics of insurance and reinsurance.
