About Max Dion
As a freelance compositor and video editor, I specialize in creating stunning visual effects for various projects. With a Bachelor of Science in Animation, Interactive Technology, Video Graphics and Special Effects from Purdue University, I have developed a strong foundation in the technical and creative aspects of video editing and compositing.I have been working as a freelance compositor since June 2024, where I handle tasks such as beauty FX work, cleanup and object removal, recoloring environments, and rotoscoping and tracking work. I also collaborate with VFX artists on CG shots. Additionally, I have been editing an indie film with students around the world since September 2022, where I apply my skills in storytelling and visual communication. My goal is to continue growing as a professional in the field of video editing and compositing, and to contribute to the creation of engaging and impactful visual content.
