About Max Destouches
Max Destouches is a sophomore finance major at Howard University from Silver Spring, MD, by way of Haiti. Max is an HPS Investment Partners Scholar, Executive Leadership Council Scholar, and an Erickson Senior Living Scholar. Max\'s passion for finance was sparked by his mother, an entrepreneur in Haiti who instilled in him the spirit of creative ingenuity at an early age. Max is involved in on-campus clubs and activities outside his studies, such as the Howard University Investment Group, Howard University Consulting Club, the HU Haitian Student Association, and the HPS Center for Financial Excellence. Max enjoys giving back to his community by volunteering in his local community and as a panelist in the College Tracks program that helps first-generation, low-income, and immigrant students achieve postsecondary success.
