ABOUT MAX DE PONTI

Born in Cittiglio (VA, Italy) on November 10th 1979, he now lives in Como, Italy. In 2004 he graduated in Politecnico di Milano in Industrial Design, in the Movie Design branch. He then moved to New York in 2004 and obtained a diploma as cinematographer and director at New York Film Academy. In January 2005 he opened with Mattia Amadori and Andrea Corti a video production studio in Como, OLO creative farm. He co-screenplaied and co-directed shorts, movies, music videos, visuals and video art installations, working with Italian and international institutions and brands and music bands, such as Muse, Jet, The City of Milan, the music festival MITO, the Milan Film Festival, the Biblioteca Ambrosiana and the Art Science Musieum in Singapore. He\'s actually in postproduction with his first feature lenght documentary “The Genius of a Place” and involved with Mattia Amadori in writing the screenplay for his first feature movie “Prologo” and the screenplay for a TV series “11 days”.
