As Overall Project Manager of Germany’s largest grid-innovation programme (€130m+, 30+ partners, 200 + staff), I turn cutting-edge research into policy-ready solutions - ranging from adaptive protection schemes to sector-coupled market designs. My super-power is orchestration. I convene engineers, regulators, investors and civil society to align incentives and de-risk innovation. This skillset produced Germany’s first distribution-grid phasor-measurement roll-out and a stakeholder-engagement blueprint now referenced by the World Economic Forum. I am equally passionate about technology and policy. With a PhD in 2025 in power-system protection and a US patent on AI ready grid models, I translate deep technical insights into regulatory language that unlocks funding (+10 % continuation despite budget cuts) and accelerates SDG 7 progress.
