Lower Thames Crossing - National HighwaysDesign Lead for Kent Roads contractEuston Station B1 Main Works - Network Rail ONW - Senior DM/Lead DMSenior Design Manager with overall responsibility for design on the project. Key packages of work include structural strengthening and demolition, platform & canopy reconstruction, station accommodation relocation and new station facade. HS2 MWCC S1/S2 - Senior DMSenior Design Manager with overall responsibility for all utility diversion/asset protection packages on the project, with works including replacement or protection of various EHV power circuits, high pressure gas networks, cable tunnels and clean water/sewage tunnels. Contractual ‘Lead Designer’ responsible for producing the Design Management Plan, Technical Certification Strategy and overall design/technical assurance strategy for the utilities department on the project. Overall responsibility for the delivery of circa 250 Phase 3 ground movement assessments, diversion/asset protection detailed designs, specification of site investigation (including CCTV, GPR, Borehole, Laser Scan) and implementation of the I&M Strategy. Overall responsibility for managing supply chain of over 10 No. Tier 1 and specialist design consultants with design fees of circa £20m.
