I am a creative business analyst and product owner with 10+ years experience in digital transformation and innovation consulting. I lead teams to design and deliver impactful, human-centred technology solutions for clients in the TMT sectors.Here are a few examples of my work- Built and launched an eCommerce platform for a Dutch life sciences publisher, driving over €3M in revenue in year one- Oversaw release planning for the native mobile application of a Belgian telecom for two years, guiding the product from launch to 2M users- Planned multiple digital advertising campaigns for an OS launch of the world’s most valuable technology company reaching 450M+ UU globally- Defined the go-to-market strategy of a new, luxury hotel brand for a British hospitality groupAs a Business Design Lead at IDEO, I work at the intersection of business strategy, design thinking, and product management to turn ideas into tangible strategic possibilities for clients. I lead cross-functional teams to craft innovative, customer-centered products, while ensuring they are financially viable and strategically aligned. My role involves conducting primary research, prototyping concepts and business models, testing product-market fit, and guiding the launch of new offers. I get excited about opportunities where I’m able to leverage my skills in human-centred design and strategy to build products that deliver both user value and business growth.I hold an MBA from INSEAD, and a BSc in Anthropology from UCL.
