Many years in the Hospitality Industry have given me not only the knowledge and experience but the love of what I do.My experience stems from working locally and internationally with variety styles of Hotels, Restaurants and Bars, ranging from small Venues to large high end multi-billion dollar corporations. With each project I have been able to successfully enhance their business by building a strong team or re-strengthening a current one with proper training tools, individualizing targets and achievements while putting detailed attention on service and customer satisfaction. I have extensive knowledge of creative cuisine and I am a Certified Sommelier. This is the experience I draw from when creating and developing concepts. My strengths are not only creative, my economy and business education jump starts my brain’s left side to increase efficiency, profitability and compliance.
